Amends Florida Statutes section 934.03 to allow a person who is a party to an oral communication to lawfully intercept and record that communication under specified conditions

Permits recording when the person has reasonable grounds to believe the recording will capture a statement by another party intending to commit, currently committing, or having committed an unlawful act of physical force or violence against a person

Creates an exception to Florida's general prohibition on intercepting and recording oral communications in sections 934.03-934.09

Takes effect July 1, 2015
