Amends Florida Statutes section 320.089 to allow Purple Heart license plate applicants who qualify for disabled veteran status to receive a special license plate with the international symbol of accessibility.

Purple Heart recipients who qualify under section 320.0842 receive the accessibility symbol plate without paying the standard license tax.

Purple Heart recipients who do not qualify under section 320.0842 but are eligible under sections 320.0848 and 320.0843 may receive the accessibility symbol plate with payment of the license tax.

Pearl Harbor Survivor license plate applicants who also qualify as disabled veterans receive their special plate without payment of license tax.

Effective date is July 1, 2015.
