Creates the STEM Teacher Loan Forgiveness Program administered by the Department of Education to encourage college graduates to teach STEM courses in Florida public schools.

Eligible candidates must be state university graduates, hold a valid Florida educator certificate, and be employed by a school district to teach science, technology, engineering, or mathematics courses at a public school.

Program covers loans for tuition, books, and living expenses only.

Department may pay up to $16,000 in loan payments on behalf of teachers who complete 8 consecutive years of employment teaching STEM courses, with payments made directly to the loan holder upon proof of completion.

Takes effect July 1, 2015; State Board of Education may adopt rules for program administration and recover administrative costs from appropriated funds.
