Amends section 381.78, Florida Statutes to require the advisory council on brain and spinal cord injuries to establish a seven-member brain injury committee

Committee membership includes one individual with traumatic brain injury, one armed forces veteran with traumatic brain injury, two family member caregivers (one non-state funded and one receiving Medicaid waiver services), one health care facility representative, one health care practitioner specializing in traumatic brain injuries, and one traumatic brain injury researcher

Committee members serve without compensation or reimbursement for per diem or travel expenses

Committee shall research state trends, assess eligibility and availability of traumatic brain injury services, examine private services, evaluate state's community-based treatment role, determine service needs, develop coordinated care strategies, and identify service gaps

Committee shall report findings biannually to the council and submit annual written reports to the State Surgeon General; act takes effect July 1, 2015
