Creates the Care for Retired Law Enforcement Dogs Program within the Department of Law Enforcement to provide veterinary care funding for retired law enforcement dogs.

Requires the Department to contract with a nonprofit organization dedicated to protecting retired law enforcement dogs to administer the program and disburse funds.

Provides annual reimbursements up to $1,500 per dog for veterinary care expenses including wellness exams, vaccines, treatments, emergency care, surgery, and euthanasia upon receipt of valid documentation from the law enforcement agency and veterinarian invoices.

Prohibits reimbursement requests when annual program funds are depleted and prevents accumulation of unused funds across fiscal years; maintains maximum fund balance of $400,000.

Appropriates $300,000 in recurring General Revenue Fund dollars annually beginning fiscal year 2015-2016 and takes effect July 1, 2015.
