• Mandates that instructional materials for dual enrollment courses be provided free of charge to students from public high schools, home education programs, and private schools.

• Authorizes the Department of Education to review articulation agreements for compliance and requires the Commissioner to notify school boards and institution presidents of any non-compliance issues.
