• Allows state officers and employees to contribute to the Florida State Employees' Charitable Campaign without designating a specific charitable organization if contributions are collected as part of a campaign event.

• Eliminates separate requirements for independent unaffiliated agencies, international service agencies, and national agencies to participate in the campaign.

• Requires the fiscal agent to distribute undesignated funds to participating organizations in direct proportion to the percentage of designated funds pledged to each organization.

• Removes the requirement to establish a local steering committee in each fiscal agent area.

• Takes effect July 1, 2015.
