Creates Section 125.028 requiring county park and recreation departments to provide partial or full discounts on park entrance fees to active duty military, veterans, service-connected disabled veterans, and surviving spouses/parents of military members and first responders who died in the line of duty.

Creates Section 166.0447 establishing identical discount requirements for municipal park and recreation departments as county departments.

Defines "park entrance fees" as fees charged to access lands managed by county or municipal parks, excluding additional fees for amenities such as campgrounds, aquatic facilities, stadiums, arenas, facility rentals, special events, boat launching, golf, zoos, museums, gardens, and programs.

Requires individuals to present information satisfactory to the respective county or municipal department to verify eligibility for discounts.

Takes effect July 1, 2015.
