Creates section 83.561 of Florida Statutes to establish tenant rights following residential property foreclosure sales.

Provides that foreclosure sale purchasers take title subject to tenant rights, including a 30-day occupancy period after receiving written notice of termination.

Requires the 30-day termination notice to follow a specified form and be delivered according to existing notice requirements in section 83.56(4).

Allows purchasers to seek a court writ of possession if tenants fail to vacate after the 30-day period ends, governed by section 83.62.

Exempts certain tenancies from these protections: those where the tenant is the mortgagor or their family member, non-arm's length transactions, and below-market rentals unless federally, state, or locally subsidized.
