Requires prospective purchasers of residential property with swimming pools receive a standardized disclosure summary before contract execution, warning of potential electrocution hazards from faulty underwater lighting and recommending inspection.

Establishes Florida Building Code standards for underwater electrical lighting in residential and public swimming pools, and prohibits installation or replacement of underwater lights exceeding 15 volts in new or existing pools.

Effective date: July 1, 2015.
