Creates a new registration category for "modified agriculture vehicles" with an annual license fee of $7.50, defined as vehicles modified to transport raw agricultural commodities from farms to their first point of delivery as their primary purpose.

Amends section 320.08, Florida Statutes to add the modified agriculture vehicle registration fee to the truck license tax provisions.

Exempts drivers of modified agriculture vehicles registered under the new category from the requirement to obtain a commercial driver license.

Maintains existing exemptions for farmers transporting agricultural products, farm supplies, or farm machinery within 150 miles of their farms, provided the vehicle is not used for common or contract motor carrier operations.

Effective date is July 1, 2015.
