Urges Congress to extend federal funding for Florida's Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP), known as Florida KidCare, through fiscal year 2019.

Approximately 250,000 Florida children currently receive comprehensive health and dental coverage through CHIP for under $20 per month.

Federal CHIP funding was set to expire on September 30, 2015, unless Congress extended it; program authorization under state law continues through fiscal year 2019.

If funding is extended, Florida's annual cost share would decrease from $80 million to $20 million due to enhanced federal matching funds effective October 1, 2015.

Directs copies of the memorial be sent to the U.S. President, Senate President, House Speaker, and all members of the Florida congressional delegation.
