Amends chapter 2014-240, Laws of Florida to expand the boundaries of the Greater Naples Fire Rescue District in Collier County by adding the "East Naples Division," which includes sections in townships 50-52 South, ranges 25-27 East

Establishes two division areas: the existing "Golden Gate Division" and the new "East Naples Division," with detailed legal descriptions of township sections and property boundaries

Excludes approximately 158 acres from the expanded district, including East Naples Industrial Park (112.82 acres), portions of Naples Improvement Company's Little Farms (21.99 acres), and other specified parcels

Requires approval by referendum with a majority vote of qualified electors residing in the area being transferred to the Greater Naples Fire Rescue District, to be held in conjunction with the next general, special, or other election in Collier County

Takes effect upon referendum approval, with the referendum requirement itself taking effect upon the act becoming law
