Amends chapter 2014-240, Laws of Florida to expand the boundaries of the Greater Naples Fire Rescue District in Collier County.

Expands the district to include two new divisions: the "Golden Gate Division" and the "East Naples Division," with detailed legal descriptions of land parcels in multiple townships and ranges.

Excludes specific parcels from the district including approximately 21.99 acres, 112.82 acres, 6.17 acres, 12.77 acres, and 6.16 acres for various existing developments and subdivisions.

Requires approval by majority vote of qualified electors residing in the area being transferred to the district in a referendum to be held by December 31, 2016, in conjunction with a general, special, or other election in Collier County.

Takes effect upon approval by referendum voters, except provisions for holding the referendum take effect immediately upon the bill becoming law.
