Amends section 561.42 of Florida Statutes to add a new exemption from "tied house evil" provisions in the Beverage Law.

Allows arm's length financial transactions between beer or malt beverage manufacturers and licensed vendors if the vendor's gross revenues (including affiliates) exceed $100 million in the preceding year.

Prohibits the exemption from applying to transactions involving the direct sale or distribution of beer or malt beverages between the manufacturer and licensed vendor.

Takes effect July 1, 2015.
