Adds credit unions to the list of entities that may qualify as "qualified public depositories" under the Florida Security for Public Deposits Act, alongside banks and savings associations.

Modifies the definition of "capital account" or "tangible equity capital" to reference the National Credit Union Administration 5300 Call Report in addition to bank call reports.

Updates insurance requirements for qualified public depositories to include the National Credit Union Share Insurance Fund alongside the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.

Revises evidence of insurance requirements for public depositors to reference the Federal Credit Union Act as appropriate for credit union deposits.

Effective date: July 1, 2015, with conforming amendments made throughout Florida Statutes to incorporate credit unions into all existing references to qualified public depositories.
