Amends Florida Statutes section 1009.26 to add new subsection (14) requiring state universities to waive specified fees for certain graduate students.

Graduate students with a 0.25 or greater full-time equivalent appointment as a graduate assistant, graduate research assistant, graduate teaching assistant, graduate research associate, or graduate teaching associate are eligible for fee waivers.

Waived fees include financial aid fees, technology fees, security/access/identification card fees, and fees or fines related to use, late return, and loss or damage of facilities and equipment.

Effective date is July 1, 2015.
