Directs Enterprise Florida, Inc. to collaborate with the Department of Economic Opportunity to market Florida as a health care destination

Requires the Division of Tourism Marketing to include medical tourism promotion in its 4-year marketing plan

Creates new section 288.924 requiring a medical tourism marketing plan that promotes health care provider qualifications, attracts medical practitioners, and showcases qualified providers offering bundled health care packages with support services

Allocates at least $3.5 million annually from the Florida Tourism Industry Marketing Corporation for the medical tourism marketing plan and at least $1.5 million for a matching grant program to local or regional economic development organizations
