Defines "Commission" as the Commission on Dietetic Registration, the credentialing agency of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics

Authorizes individuals registered by the Commission to use the title "Registered Dietitian" or "Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist" with designations "R.D." or "R.D.N."

Authorizes individuals certified by the Certification Board for Nutrition Specialists to use the title "Certified Nutrition Specialist" with designation "CNS" and those certified by the American Clinical Board of Nutrition to use the title "Diplomate of the American Clinical Board of Nutrition" with designation "DACBN"

Requires the Board of Medicine to waive the examination requirement for applicants who are registered dietitians/nutritionists or certified nutrition specialists and comply with other qualifications

Permits licensed dietitians/nutritionists to independently order therapeutic diets if otherwise authorized to do so in Florida

Effective July 1, 2015
