Amends section 847.0137 to establish that each act of sending or delivering child pornography constitutes a separate offense under Florida law.

Makes transmission of child pornography a third-degree felony when committed by persons in Florida to recipients in Florida or another jurisdiction, or by persons outside Florida to recipients in Florida.

Establishes that persons can be prosecuted in Florida under chapter 910 for transmission of child pornography to Florida residents, including persons located outside the state.

Reenacts sections 775.0847(2) and 856.022(1) to incorporate the amendment regarding child pornography transmission offenses in references to those statutes.

Takes effect October 1, 2015.
