Amends Florida Statutes section 810.09 to create a third-degree felony for trespassing on an airport's operational area with intent to injure a person, damage property, or impede aircraft operations.

Requires the airport operational area to be legally posted with specific signage reading "THIS AREA IS A DESIGNATED OPERATIONAL AREA OF AN AIRPORT AND ANYONE WHO TRESPASSES ON THIS PROPERTY COMMITS A FELONY."

Defines "operational area of an airport" as any airport portion restricted by fences or signs, including runways, taxiways, ramps, apron areas, aircraft parking and storage areas, fuel storage areas, and maintenance areas.

Punishable under existing felony sentencing provisions in sections 775.082, 775.083, or 775.084.

Takes effect October 1, 2015.
