• Defines "office use compounding" as the provision and administration of a compounded drug by a practitioner in their office or treatment setting, including veterinary drug compounding for animal health practitioners to dispense to animal owners or caretakers.

• Allows animal health practitioners to dispense compounded drugs to animal patients or their owners/caretakers, clarifying that the Florida Pharmacy Act does not prohibit this practice.

• Reorganizes and renumbers definitions in the pharmacy statutes, including clarifying definitions for "medicinal drugs," "pharmacy," "practice of the profession of pharmacy," and "compounded sterile product."

• Updates multiple sections of pharmacy law to correct statutory cross-references reflecting the reordered definitions and to ensure consistency across statutes 409.9201, 458.331, 459.015, 465.014-465.023, 465.1901, 499.003, and 893.02.

• Takes effect July 1, 2015.
