Creates Florida Statute 115.135 establishing leave protections for spouses of active duty military servicemembers

Prohibits employing agencies from compelling employees who are military spouses to work extended hours or imposing sanctions/penalties for refusing to work excess hours during their spouse's active military deployment at a location other than the spouse's permanent duty station

Requires employing agencies to grant up to 4 unpaid working days per deployment upon request to employees whose spouses are deployed on active military service, for purposes related to implementing deployment orders

Specifies that unpaid leave granted under this statute runs concurrently with any qualifying exigency leave provided under the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993

Authorizes the Department of Management Services to adopt rules for administering this section and provides an effective date of July 1, 2015
