Requires voter registration applications to include the applicant's address of legal residence rather than just "address."

Mandates that supervisors of elections maintain a list of valid residential street addresses that includes distinguishing information such as apartment, suite, lot, room, or dormitory room numbers to differentiate residences.

Requires supervisors to coordinate with county 911 service providers, property appraisers, United States Postal Service, and other agencies to ensure accuracy and provide the list to the statewide voter registration system.
