Exempts residential addresses, e-mail addresses, driver license numbers, license plate numbers, and banking/financial information of active or former sworn or civilian law enforcement personnel from public records requirements, with repeal date of October 2, 2020.

Exempts identical information for current and former state attorneys, assistant state attorneys, statewide prosecutors, assistant statewide prosecutors, and their parents, siblings, and cohabitants from public records requirements, with repeal date of October 2, 2020.

Exempts identical information for current and former public defenders, assistant public defenders, criminal conflict and civil regional counsel, assistant criminal conflict and civil regional counsel, and their parents, siblings, and cohabitants from public records requirements, with repeal date of October 2, 2020.

Expands existing exemptions to include names of spouses and children of law enforcement and other specified personnel, with sunset reviews and repeal dates ranging from October 2, 2018 to October 2, 2020.

Takes effect July 1, 2015, and subjects all new exemptions to the Open Government Sunset Review Act requiring legislative reauthorization to continue.
