Defines "satellite office" as a secondary office of a nurse registry in the same health service planning district as the main operational site.

Allows home health agencies to operate related offices within the main office's health service planning district without requiring an additional license; only offices outside the district require separate licensing.

Permits nurse registries to operate multiple operational sites within the same health service planning district under a single license, with all sites listed on that license.

Authorizes licensed nurse registries to operate satellite offices that may store supplies, register contractors, and conduct business by telephone, but requires all original records be maintained at the main operational site.

Requires nurse registries to provide written notice to the agency before relocating an operational site or opening a satellite office, and to submit evidence of legal right to use the property and proper zoning.
