Prohibits retail stores from allowing customers to try on intimate apparel directly on skin; customers may only try on items over clothing or using a disposable shield

Requires items tried on in violation of this prohibition to be treated as defective and prohibits retail stores from selling them to any other customer

Defines "intimate apparel" as lower undergarments including lingerie and swimsuit bottoms

Creates Florida Statute section 501.935 to establish these requirements

Takes effect July 1, 2015
