Bars manufacturers from limiting retailers' ability to set their own prices for contact lenses offered to consumers

Prohibits manufacturers from discriminating in contact lens distribution based on sales channel or whether the retailer is affiliated with a prescribing entity

Prevents manufacturers from using distributors as intermediaries to circumvent these pricing restrictions

Violations constitute unfair or deceptive trade practices under the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act, subject to civil or administrative enforcement; effective July 1, 2015
