• Allows greyhound racing permitholders to specify in annual license applications that they will conduct no live performances, with ability to amend licenses through August 31, 2015

• Reduces tax on greyhound racing handle from 1.28% to 5.5% for live and intertrack wagering, with guest tracks remitting the tax when host track is a greyhound facility

• Eliminates daily license fee requirement for greyhound dog races and removes tax credits and exemption transfer provisions for greyhound permitholders

• Permits greyhound racing permitholders operating without live performances to conduct intertrack wagering on all pari-mutuel races and accept wagers on out-of-state greyhound races under specified conditions

• Allows cardroom license renewal for greyhound racing permitholders with no live performances if they conduct intertrack wagering on greyhound race broadcasts on each day of cardroom operation
