Establishes the Florida Combat Veterans' Care Coordination Program within the Department of Children and Families to provide behavioral health care referral and care coordination services to combat veterans and their families statewide.

Program services delivered by Florida 211 Network participants include telephonic peer support, crisis intervention, suicide assessment, treatment coordination, safety planning, and resource coordination to connect veterans with VA and community-based programs.

Program goals include preventing veteran suicides, increasing use of U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs programs and services, and expanding access to community-based programs and services.

Requires Florida 211 Network participants to collect and submit program data to the department, with the department reporting findings to the Governor and Legislature by December 15, 2016, including call volume, demographics, outcomes, and program impact metrics.

Appropriates $2,000,155 in recurring General Revenue Fund dollars to the Department of Children and Families for fiscal year 2015-2016 to implement the program, effective July 1, 2015.
