Amends the Cedar Hammock Fire Control District charter in Manatee County to revise district boundaries and consolidate the merger with Whitfield Fire Control District that occurred in 2007.

Changes the governing board from seven members to five elected fire commissioners serving 4-year terms, with initial terms for seats 2 and 4 set at 2 years.

Authorizes the district to levy ad valorem taxes up to 3.75 mills (as approved by voters in 2002 and 2006) and non-ad valorem assessments on three property classifications: vacant parcels, residential parcels, and commercial/industrial parcels.

Establishes impact fees for new development: $100 per residential unit, $200 for first 5,000 square feet of commercial/industrial structures, and $25 per recreational or travel trailer park lot.

Removes reference to Whitfield Fire Control District from chapter 93-352, Laws of Florida, confirming it has been merged into Cedar Hammock Fire Control District.
