Amends chapter 67-2169, Laws of Florida, to revise the boundaries of the West Palm Beach Water Catchment Area owned by the City of West Palm Beach in Palm Beach County.

Modifies Parcel One by reducing the southern boundary from 450 feet to 50 feet of the Southwest quarter of Section 1, Township 43 South, Range 42 East.

Redefines Parcel Six with updated legal descriptions referencing the North half and Northeast quarter portions of Section 10, Township 43 South, Range 42 East.

Adds Parcel Nine encompassing multiple sections (4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 17, 18) in Township 43 South, Range 42 East.

Takes effect upon becoming a law.
