Chief Inspector General must publish final investigative reports on the Executive Office of the Governor's website within 10 days after finalizing or receiving reports, unless the investigation is confidential or exempt from disclosure by law.

Agency inspectors general must publish final investigative reports, including all responses and rebuttals, on their agency's website within 10 days after finalizing a report, and provide a copy to the Chief Inspector General for publication.

Units of local government must publish final investigative reports by their inspector general on their own website within 10 days after the report becomes final, or the county may publish on its website if the local unit lacks an official website.

An investigative report becomes final when it is presented to the unit of local government.

Bill takes effect July 1, 2015.
