Exempts allopathic, osteopathic, and chiropractic physicians licensed under Florida law from home medical equipment provider licensure requirements for selling or renting electrostimulation equipment to their patients

Applies the exemption only when physicians sell or rent electrostimulation medical equipment and supplies in the course of their medical practice

Requires physicians to obtain licensure if they operate a separate company, corporation, or division that provides home medical equipment and services to consumers

Becomes effective July 1, 2015
