Amends chapter 98-495, Laws of Florida to authorize board members of the Immokalee Water and Sewer District to receive compensation for their service.

Allows board members to receive a salary or honorarium not to exceed $250 per month, determined by a majority plus one vote of the board.

Requires special notice published at least once, not less than 14 days before any board meeting where a salary change will be considered in a newspaper of general circulation in Collier County.

Prohibits board members from being paid for unexcused absences from regularly scheduled meetings, with the board to adopt policies by resolution defining excused and unexcused absences.

Permits board members to be reimbursed for travel and per diem expenses pursuant to Florida Statutes section 112.061.
