Authorizes the City of Hollywood to pay an additional $100,000 to Ronald Miller for injuries sustained from a July 30, 2002 vehicle accident caused by negligence of a city utilities employee

The City has already paid $100,000 under statutory liability limits; this act provides $100,000 additional compensation following jury verdict of $1,130,731.89 and cost judgment of $17,257.82

Designates the combined payments ($100,000 statutory + $100,000 from this act) as sole compensation for all present and future claims arising from the accident

Limits attorney fees, lobbying fees, costs, and similar expenses to a maximum of 25 percent of the $100,000 award, with all expenses paid on a pro rata basis from the awarded amount
