Deletes subsection (3) of section 454.021, Florida Statutes, which previously authorized the Florida Supreme Court to admit unauthorized immigrants as attorneys under specified circumstances

Removes provisions allowing admission of bar applicants who were brought to the U.S. as minors, resided in the U.S. for more than 10 years, received USCIS employment authorization, obtained a social security number, and met all other admission requirements

Eliminates the requirement that male applicants register with the Selective Service System as a condition for admission

Takes effect upon becoming law
