Removes the scheduled repeal date of April 30, 2017 for the sales and use tax exemption on industrial machinery and equipment purchased by eligible manufacturing businesses in Florida.

Exempts industrial machinery and equipment used at fixed locations by eligible manufacturing businesses in NAICS industries 31, 32, and 33 (manufacturing sectors) from sales and use tax.

Includes mixer drums affixed to mixer trucks used to mix and transport concrete, along with parts and labor required for installation, in the exemption.

Defines eligible manufacturing businesses as those whose primary business activity (more than 50 percent of activities) occurs within specified manufacturing industry classifications.

Takes effect July 1, 2015.
