Repeals the provision in Florida Statutes section 798.02 that prohibited unmarried men and women from lewdly and lasciviously cohabiting together

Retains the criminal prohibition against open and gross lewdness and lascivious behavior by any person, married or unmarried, as a second-degree misdemeanor

Removes specific language criminalizing cohabitation between unmarried couples while keeping broader public lewdness offenses intact

Takes effect upon becoming law with no specified implementation date
