Repeals section 798.02, Florida Statutes, which prohibited lewd and lascivious behavior including cohabitation between unmarried men and women.

Amends section 39.0139 to remove reference to section 798.02 from the list of convictions that create a presumption of detriment in child visitation cases.

Amends section 39.509 to remove reference to section 798.02 from factors courts may consider when determining whether grandparental visitation is in a child's best interest.

Amends section 435.04 to remove reference to section 798.02 from Level 2 background screening standards for persons working with children.

Effective date of July 1, 2015.
