Establishes the Florida Business Information Portal within the Department of Business and Professional Regulation to be implemented by June 30, 2017

Portal shall provide information needed to start and operate a business in Florida, including licenses, permits, registrations, business tax filing information, and Department of State registration guidance

Requires 11 state agencies to cooperate in portal development and updates, including the Departments of Revenue, Health, Environmental Protection, Economic Opportunity, and Agriculture and Consumer Services

Department must submit report to Governor and Legislature by October 1, 2017 with recommendations and cost estimates for including local government information in the portal

Repeals sections 215.1995 and 288.109 and terminates the One-Stop Business Registration Portal Clearing Trust Fund (FLAIR 73-2-977) within the Department of Revenue; takes effect July 1, 2015
