Amends s. 1005.38, F.S. to make permanent public records exemptions for investigatory records held by the Commission for Independent Education

Exempts investigatory records from public disclosure for up to 10 days after a probable cause panel makes a determination

Exempts closed portions of probable cause panel meetings from public meeting requirements, requiring meetings be recorded with no off-the-record portions, and recordings maintained by the commission

Exempts recordings, minutes, and findings from closed meeting portions from public disclosure for up to 10 days after probable cause determination

Removes the scheduled repeal date of October 2, 2015, making the exemptions permanent rather than subject to sunset review
