Amends Florida Statutes section 252.921 to conform cross-references for the "Emergency Management Assistance Compact" (sections 252.921-252.933)

Creates new section 252.9335 establishing that standard travel expense reimbursement provisions in section 112.061 do not apply to state employees traveling under the Emergency Management Assistance Compact

Allows state employees responding to interstate mutual aid requests under the compact to be reimbursed based on amounts agreed upon in the interstate request rather than standard state travel expense rules

Takes effect July 1, 2015
