Transfers and renumbers section 341.3026 to section 341.0521, Florida Statutes, relating to public records exemptions for public transit providers

Exempts personal identifying information held by public transit providers from public records disclosure requirements when used for facilitating prepayment of transit fares or acquisition of prepaid transit fare cards

Removes the scheduled repeal date of October 2, 2015 for the public records exemption, making it permanent rather than subject to sunset review

Takes effect October 1, 2015
