Adopts the Florida Statutes 2015 as the official statute law of the state, incorporating revisions, consolidations, and amendments prepared by the Office of Legislative Services.

Florida Statutes 2015 becomes effective immediately upon publication and may be cited as "Florida Statutes 2015," "Florida Statutes," or "F.S. 2015."

Repeals all general and permanent statutes enacted through the August 7-11, 2014 special session that are not included in Florida Statutes 2015.

Preserves the full effect of all laws enacted during the 2015 regular legislative session, ensuring they are not repealed by this adoption act.

Rights and civil remedies accrued under repealed statutes remain valid, and the act takes effect 60 days after adjournment sine die of the 2015 legislative session.
