Removes the scheduled repeal of the public records exemption for information identifying minors petitioning circuit courts for judicial waivers of parental notice requirements under the Parental Notice of Abortion Act.

Makes the exemption permanent by eliminating the October 2, 2015 sunset date that would have repealed the confidentiality protection.

Maintains confidentiality and exemption from public records disclosure for information held by the office of criminal conflict and civil regional counsel or the Justice Administrative Commission.

Takes effect October 1, 2015.
