Amends section 497.172, Florida Statutes, to make permanent the exemption allowing the Board of Funeral, Cemetery, and Consumer Services to hold closed portions of meetings when discussing licensure examination questions or answers.

Requires closed meetings discussing examination content to be recorded with no portions permitted off the record, with recordings maintained by the board.

Exempts meeting recordings from public records requirements under Florida Statute 119.07(1) and Article I, Section 24(a) of the State Constitution.

Removes the scheduled repeal date of October 2, 2015, that would have terminated these exemptions under the Open Government Sunset Review Act.

Takes effect October 1, 2015.
