Expands public records exemptions for criminal intelligence and investigative information to include photographs, videotapes, or images of victims of child abuse and sexual offenses under chapters 794, 796, 800, 827, and 847.

Prohibits public employees and officers from willfully and knowingly disclosing videotaped statements or identifying information of minor victims of sexual offenses, with violations constituting first-degree misdemeanor punishable under sections 775.082 or 775.083.

Makes victim information and images confidential and exempt from public records disclosure, including identity, contact information, personal assets, and graphic or nude photographs of victims.

Allows law enforcement disclosure of protected information only for official duties, missing/endangered person investigations (limited to identification details), or to other governmental agencies.

Sunsets the exemption on October 2, 2020, unless reviewed and saved from repeal by the Legislature; takes effect contingent on HB 7063 or similar legislation becoming law.
