Amends section 494.00125, Florida Statutes to remove the scheduled repeal date of October 2, 2015 for the public records exemption covering credit history information and credit scores held by the Office of Financial Regulation.

Permanently exempts credit history information and credit scores related to licensing of loan originators, mortgage brokers, and mortgage lenders from Florida's public records requirements under section 119.07(1) and the state constitution.

Allows the Office of Financial Regulation to share credit information with other governmental entities that have oversight, regulatory, or law enforcement authority.

Exemption does not apply to information that is otherwise publicly available.

Takes effect October 1, 2015.
