Designates 34 transportation facilities across Florida counties with honorary names, including highways, roads, streets, and bridges named after military personnel, law enforcement officers, and notable individuals.

Facilities include memorial highways for fallen service members and officers in Polk, Orange, Nassau, Lee, Hillsborough, Miami-Dade, Levy, Taylor, Volusia, Marion, Escambia, Collier, Broward, Pinellas, and other counties.

Names facilities such as "Maria Isabel Barajas-Martinez Memorial Highway" in Polk County, "Borinqueneer Boulevard" in Orange County, and "Caloosahatchee Bridge" in Lee County.

Directs the Florida Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers designating each of the 34 transportation facilities with their new honorary names.

Takes effect July 1, 2015.
